By registering on or accessing Matrimony365, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

You must meet all of the following requirements to use Matrimony365:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be legally eligible to marry under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be currently married unless you are legally divorced or widowed.
• You must not have been previously banned from the platform.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all the above requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration and profile creation.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@matrimony365.net if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You may not create more than one account per individual.
• Matrimony365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information is found to be false, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

Matrimony365 is a platform exclusively for connecting individuals for genuine matrimonial purposes. By using the platform you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Interact with other members respectfully and in good faith.
• Provide honest and accurate information in all communications.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

You may not use the platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent profile information or photos.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate other members.
• Solicit money, gifts, or financial assistance from other members.
• Promote, sell, or advertise any products or services.
• Collect or harvest personal data of other users without consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited messages.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Use the platform for any purpose other than genuine matrimonial matchmaking.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

• You retain ownership of the content you upload to your profile.
• By uploading content, you grant Matrimony365 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and use that content for operating the platform.
• You must not upload content that is offensive, obscene, discriminatory, or infringes on any third-party rights.
• Matrimony365 does not endorse or verify the accuracy of user-submitted profiles or content.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

• Certain features require payment. All fees are clearly stated on the Plans & Pricing page.
• All payments are processed by our third-party payment gateways.
• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing.
• Matrimony365 reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscriptions will not be affected until renewal.

All content, branding, logos, software, and technology on the Matrimony365 platform are the intellectual property of Matrimony365 / Clouds11 Tech and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Matrimony365 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• We do not guarantee the authenticity, behaviour, or intentions of any user.
• We are not responsible for any offline interactions or meetings arranged through the platform.
• Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Matrimony365, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms or our community guidelines.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour.
• Providing false information.
• Any other conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its members.

You may also delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India. We encourage users to first attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through our support team.

Matrimony365 may revise these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
